Near-death experiencer Anita Moorjani about the fear of the afterlife
"And the other thing is that, you know, culturally, many of us are conditioned to fear the afterlife, and we live our lives doing things out of a fear of the afterlife, I realized there is nothing to fear. And that's really the big point here. Is that where I thought I was going to be punished and everything. No, it's very benevolent in the afterlife, very, very benevolent. And, I felt as though all my loved ones and you know, everybody, my guides, like, whoever you want to call it, like source, energy itself, was revering me, it was like a big, like, welcome back. And you've been through an arduous journey. And it's, it feels like if I put human language or feelings or human words to it, it's like a feeling of coming home. But it's almost like a feeling of being thrown a welcome home party. And, and what I realized is, they revere us, it's like, you get kudos for coming through this journey. Nobody comes out of it alive."

My comment: These words are some of the most beautiful and comforting I've ever heard. I have written about Anita on my blogs before, here (on this blog) and here, and her near-death experience is one of my absolute favourites in that area. Thee words above remind of what an angel said to near-death experiencer Dannion Brinkley, an American soldier from the Vietnam war, words that I have quoted here. It also reminds of something that veteran near-death experience researcher Bruce Greyson said in this YouTube video, words that I have written down here.
Folks, things like this are typical for near-death experiences. These experiences often reveal a much more comforting and beautiful reality than what the Church and any religion has taught us. Yes, they have such a lovely comfort, that only the loveliness of this comfort, how beautiful it is, is enough to convince me of their origin in a higher world.
I recommend everyone of my readers to meditate on things like this, they are really difficult to grasp. Meditate and contemplate them, and taste the very sweetness of them. Then I think the bible verse will be fulfilled, that says "Taste and see that the Lord is good" (Ps. 34:8).
